Our decentralized Field Extension Network distinguishes our model and defines our success with the hardest-to-serve farmers. In Kenya, our field team includes nearly 100 individuals with decades of on-the ground experience and strong relationships in the communities we serve. The efficiency of the Field Extension Network allows us to offer high-touch support at the village level while still achieving vast coverage across the most remote regions in East Africa.
